Return & Refund Policy – K360WORLD

At K360WORLD, customer satisfaction is important to us. We follow a transparent and fair return and refund process as outlined below, in line with Google Merchant Center policies.


Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

  • Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products missing original packaging or labels

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.
  • If approved:
  • The product value will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
    (Bank processing time may vary.)

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • with Your Order ID
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.
