At K360WORLD, customer satisfaction is important to us. We follow a transparent and fair return and refund process as outlined below, in line with Google Merchant Center policies.
Returns
- We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products missing original packaging or labels
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved:
- The product value will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product:
- Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

- with Your Order ID
- Clear photos showing the issue
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- All returns and refunds are subject to verification and inspection.
- Products purchased during special offers, discounts, or promotions may have different return conditions.
- K360WORLD reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
