  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer for delivery.
  • We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on select products or order values (as per ongoing offers).
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order status through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • Delivery delays may occur due to natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • In case of non-delivery within 10 business days, please contact our support team.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and invoice.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, K360World ships only within India.
  • International shipping options will be announced soon.
